Find out how leading organizations are utilizing business architecture.
In this talk, David Heidt and Neal McWhorter of Enterprise Agility will attempt to briefly layout a framework for understanding Business Architecture. Because it can be difficult to translate that big picture into actual practice, they will also examine what organizations that have already embarked on a Business Architecture path are actually doing. This information is based upon interviews, conversations and work done with clients across the country. As one of the players driving forward efforts to create standards in the Business Architecture arena, David and Neal will discuss the state of these efforts and future directions
