Presentation Description: The Analyst’s Value in Agile. At the heart of every successful technology project are solid requirements solving the problem. Creating the right requirements, assisting with backlog prioritization and guiding the development team’s efforts require a solid plan for organization. Join us for an open Agile discussion focused on the value and contributions the analyst provides as an intricate member of the Agile development team. We will analyze requirement gathering efforts, discuss BABOK tools and techniques, and evaluate a best practice approach for growing the backlog.
Speaker Biography: An experienced Agile Analyst, who collaborates with key stakeholders to attain their goals and contributes to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives to ensure a competitive advantage. She excels when mediating or facilitating teams. Her strengths include: the ability to pull forces together, bridge differences, respond to client needs, and blends abilities into productive efforts. Angie started her Agile journey in 2009. During her technology career, she has filled a variety of roles including: Sr. Product Owner, Sr. Business Analyst, Agile Coach/ScrumMaster, Data Analyst, UX/UI Designer admin. Today she is certified as a CSM, CSPO & SAFe and enjoys giving back to the industry by assisting with agile adoption efforts.
