Once upon a time there was a software development team. Every  day they worked remotely. One day they committed to implementing agile  principles even though their team size and locations were not what most would  hope for when implementing agile practices. Because of that, many new team  processes were implemented. Because of that, the team experimented often and  continually adapted. Until finally the team of 36 people in 36 locations  spread across 4 time zones became one team.     

During this session Kupe will talk about his role as Delivery Leader and how  he worked with his team to implement agile principles when all the odds were  against them. You will walk away with ideas you and your team can use to  improve your efficiency and effectiveness.

Making people awesome is his main objective. He possesses over  20 years of experience in helping organizations achieve business value. Kupe  spends most of his working day as an agile coach and Co-hosting BA-Cube.com.  To round out Kupe's experience, he is a trained improvisational actor and  applies those skills to help his clients be better collaborators and team  players. Kupe is an industry requested keynote speaker. Being an  improvisational comedian, Kupe is sure to make you laugh while you’re  learning. Kupe is a connector and has a goal in life to meet everyone!
