At the heart of every successful technology project are solid requirements solving the problem. Creating these requirements and supporting business, while guiding the development team, can be challenging. And when there is a problem with a build or a due date missed, it is not uncommon to hear the requirements were the cause.   Although the benefits of using Agile are indisputable, there is a lot of confusion on the value the Business Analysts adds and where we fit within the Scrum team. Add the fact that business analysis is run differently at every organization and often enterprise technology decisions are performed without consulting the BA, it is no wonder being a BA can be challenging and frustrating.
