The recent changes in the 2020 Scrum Guide dropped the traditional 3 questions of the daily scrum. How have you moved forward and are you getting more or less value since these changes? Many teams are still using those 3 questions but regardless, let's discuss what makes the daily standup valuable and look at some different methods. I will start out with a 15 minute presentation and then facilitate a discussion on the purpose, value, and new ways to approach the Daily Standup.
