As the title implies, Neil will walk through the art and the science of working with project teams that are working in multiple distributed environments ranging from basements to boardrooms. We'll talk about some very practical tips and methods to keep teams functioning effectively and maintaining smooth delivery.

Neil has over thirty years of business analysis and project/program management experience ranging from complex technical projects to large scale cultural transformation in a variety of industries. His experiences has blended technology and continuous process improvement with team-building, organizational change management, and simple yet effective facilitation. While Neil is a full-time consultant in the project world, he speaks for the fun of it and is looking forward to this session.
