Presentation Description: Business Analysts focus on requirements. We will step back and learn to collaborate. Then shine the spotlight on communication. These are the true lingua Franca, Power(soft) skills. This interactive workshop is going to focus on Communication skills for Business Analysts to effectively communicate with developers and Project Managers. This will be an interactive session. We use role play and exercises to learn and enhance your soft skills.
