About the Event

Unspoken Communication  - Reading the Room

Presentation Description: What value does "Reading a Room" offer in requirement gathering? It allows you to quickly assess and read the mood, figure out the dynamics, and see what's really going on beneath the surface as you work through the discovery phase. Paying attention to subtle cues, observing body language, actively listening, and regularly validating your understanding of the ask will enable you to build trust and identify risks to the project.

Join us to discover tips and tricks to enhance your requirement gathering. By honing your abilities-such as to observe body language, listen actively, consider the context, and adapt your behavior-you'll find yourself navigating the elicitation efforts with confidence and ease.
