We are proud to announce the 16th Annual Iowa Business Analyst Development Day (IBADD). This year our theme will be “Elevate Your BA”.  IBADD 2023 will be a 1 day in person event on May 19th at Prairie Meadows Conference Center.

The IBADD Content Team is seeking industry experts to submit presentation proposals for our upcoming annual conference. Join us and share your expertise with a community of BAs. Each breakout session will be approximately 45-50 minutes in length.

 

Elevate Your Career  

 

Topics on how a BA can take their career to the next level. This could include topics related to the specialized IIBA Certifications in addition to the core certifications.  As a presenter in this track, you'll have the opportunity to share your insights and experience with an engage audience of Business Analysts and help them gain valuable knowledge and skills that will help them stand out in the job market and advance their career. 

 

Elevate Your Person  

 

Topics on how a BA can improve themselves as a co-worker, a leader, and a community member. This could include topics related to communication, interactions, behavioral characteristics, and other soft skills.  As a presenter in this track, you'll be able to share your perspective on what it takes to be a successful and well-rounded person and help attendees enhance their interpersonal skills. 

 

Elevate Your Skills  

 

Topics on how a BA can improve their skillset. This could include topics related to improving their competency with tools, techniques, planning, and execution of the BA responsibilities.  As a presenter in this track, you'll have the knowledge and expertise in any area of business analysis and provide attendees with practical tips and techniques they can start implementing immediately.

 

Presenters enjoy free conference admission and ability to network with other presenters and attendees.
